It's also ideal for mixology, where it's used in cocktails like a revisited version of the Negroni, with a distinctive twist provided by the bitterness. This spirit has received numerous awards, including the Gold Medal at the International Spirits Competition and the Excellence Spirit Award at the Roma Bar Show in 2020.
