From Sicily's most significant red grape comes Donnatá, a complex wine with a strong personality, which fully expresses its terroir through a wonderful balance and a surprising pleasantness on the palate.
The Nero d'Avola Alessandro di Camporeale takes its name from the family nickname for Natale, calling him Don Natale and therefore the Sicilian Don Natà.

Deep ruby red with bright, vibrant reflections. Characterized by a complex aromatic profile featuring alternating fragrant and complex notes of plum, raspberry, blackberry, cherry, violet, Mediterranean scrub, nutmeg, and chocolate. Intense, vigorous, and well-structured, it is smooth and vibrant, very pleasant to drink due to its harmonious flavors and a delightfully long finish.

Cellar - Alessandro di Camporeale
Alessandro di Camporeale, Passion for Generations: the title and subtitle, almost like a novel, feature the land, history, and expertise of a family—the Alessandros—who have dedicated endless energy and passionate attention to the world of winemaking since the beginning of the last century, spearheading a quiet production revolution centered on the vineyard and sound cellar practices.
The generations that have marked the company's history—to return to the subtitle—are four in total, with the last two still firmly holding the reins of the company today, playing their part on the beautiful stage of Contrada Mandranova, part of the Camporeale territory.
We are—indeed—in the province of Palermo, so the setting is that of the lands of the Big Island. Between 400 and 600 meters above sea level, 35 of a total of fifty hectares are currently cultivated as vineyards, planted primarily with the native varieties of Nero d'Avola, Catarratto, and Grillo, along with international varieties of Syrah and Sauvignon Blanc, which over the decades have proven to thrive in the Camporeale terroir.
By managing all the activities between the rows manually, from green pruning to topping, from defoliation to bunch thinning, up to the harvest, the principles of organic farming are rigorously adhered to, and the grapes harvested from season to season always meet the highest quality standards.
In the cellar, the modern and functional spaces built in 2000 are equipped with all the latest winemaking technologies, always applied with respect for the raw materials and Sicilian traditions, resulting in the production of "Benedè", "Donnatá", "Vigna di Mandranova", and "Kaid": all wines, those with the name "Alessandro di Camporeale" on the label, capable of encapsulating the finest essence of Sicilian winemaking, and at the same time capable of offering genuine emotions unlike any other.
