Almond Delight Cake

INGREDIENTS. Shortcrust pastry: type "00" soft WHEAT flour , sugar, margarine (vegetable origin), whole EGGS , potassium sorbate. Filling: candied figs (figs 40%, sugar, glucose syrup), toasted ALMONDS (20%), apricot puree (apricot puree 50%, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, lemon juice, thickener: pectin; E202: potassium sorbate; flavorings). Decorated with candied cherries (cherry 40%, sugar, glucose syrup, colouring E 127: erythrosine.) and candied orange peel (Orange 40%, glucose syrup, sugar.)
