Savoy Cake Filled with Pistachio Cream

Sister to the Austrian "Sacher," the Savoy cake is the Sicilian version: with chocolate and layers of sponge cake. The pastry chefs at Fratelli Sicilia have enriched it with pistachio cream filling, for a noble moment of sweetness.
